Gaining Permission to use the Theatre

I emailed the Head of Drama, Mr Collins through the school portal to ask him whether it would be possible to use the theatre for our shoot. However, on the day of the shoot, there was an event being held in the Sports Hall during the morning which had equipment from the Drama department and theatre in it. Mr Collin's reply was "as long as you can get the equipment out of the Sports Hall during period 4, you are then able to use the theatre to set up during period 5 and after school as long as you have a supervisor" (taken from an original email). So now that our location is sorted, the filming can now begin!
